Before you begin
In order to join the claim, you must have purchased a vehicle as a consumer from a business that was a former rental car, fleet car or taxi, without knowing the nature of the former usage of your car. You may have been misled about the car’s former ownership or usage, or simply not have been given any information about its former ownership or usage. Before continuing with your registration, please check your v5 log book for the name of the previous registered keeper of your vehicle and consider whether this may have been either a fleet car company or a rental car company.
